He is survived by: his daughter Chelsea Luttrell; his siblings, Ray Luttrell, Janice Nipper (Charlie), Faye Branch (Robert), Melissa Mulkey and Christy Phillips (Greg); and his great-nephew Andrew Sprinkle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
