She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Glenda Underwood Cureton; her husband Ted Farmer; her daughter Alanna; her father David "Bucky" Lawson; her brother Mike Lawson; and her stepfather Bruce Cureton.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be sent to the general fund at Chilhowee Hills Baptist Church, 4615 Asheville Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37914.
