He was predeceased by: his daughter Jama Hance; his parents, Tide Jones and Jennie Hancock; and his brothers, Cleve Jones, Fred Jones and Neal Jones.
He is survived by: his brother Construction; his wife Phyllis Jones; his daughter Jackie Jones; his grandchildren, Houston and Dawson Hance; his son-in-law Scott Hance; and his nephews, Donny and Danny Griffey. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
