She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Frazier and Mildred Frazier; and her husband David B. Luttrell. She is survived by: her children, Celeste Morgan (Stanley) and Chris Luttrell (Amy); her grandchildren, Allison Morgan, Ryan Morgan, Leanna Luttrell and Trevor Luttrell; and her sister-in-law Pat Luttrell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
