He was predeceased by: his former wife Wanda Ruth Cate Duke; his parents, Blanchard Duke and Ruth Burton Duke; and his siblings, Carl Ray Duke, Reece Edward Duke, William Duke, Peggy Ruth Duke, Margaret Duke Jones and Thelma Sue Addis.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Clifton-Duke; his daughter Tonya Ruth Counts of Titusville, FL; his grandchildren, Joshua David Chapman of South Knoxville, TN, Ryan Lloyd Chapman, Pastoral Ministry, Brian David Clifton (Becca), Kendra Suzanne Clifton, Charles Ezra Clifton (Brandi) and Emily Deanne Clifton; his great grandchildren, Easton Avery and Finley James Clifton; and his sisters, Lou Randolph (Ray) of Cookeville, TN, Ina Searcy of Cookeville, TN, Grace Boyd (Grady) of Knoxville, TN and Shirley Smith (Tommy) of Toledo, OH..
