The memory of Rodney Ray Hardin of Strawberry Plains, Tennessee, who passed away on February 3, 2025 at the age of 63, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Hardin and Wanda Hardin; his son David Ray Hardin; his brother Randy Hardin; and his nephew Michael Hardin.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Hardin; his daughter Amy; his son-in-law Brad Thomason; his daughter Brittney Hardin; his grandchildren, Rylee, Preslee, Cooper, Waylan, Noah and Finleigh; his sister Sandra; his brother-in-law Ronald Norton; and his nieces and nephews, Randy Jr. (Keasha Hardin), Justin (Callie Norton), Kaylee (Bailey Williams), Mitchell Hardin, Christy Smith and Staci Wood.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Strawberry Plains (3100 W Old Andrew Johnson Hwy, Strawberry Plains, TN 37871). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
