He is survived by: his wife Rosa Kay Johnson Stout; his parents, Ernest Stout and Pearlie Palmer Stout; his sister Earnestine Cagle; his sons, Tim Stout (Lisa), Jeffery Stout (Deena) and Carl "Buddy" Stout; and his siblings, Andy Stout (Alice), Danny Stout (Tina), Catherine Stout, Betty Bailey, Allie and Mount. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
