It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rebecca Nipper Bell of Strawberry Plains, Tennessee, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James Steven Bell; and her parents, Robert Dean Nipper, Sr. and Mary Cole Nipper. She is survived by: her daughters, Lauren Bell Gaylord (Curtis Gaylord), Natalie Bell Copenhaver (Charles Copenhaver, Jr.) and Jeannine Bell Blakley (Alton Blakley III); her grandchildren, Mac Gaylord, Henry Gaylord, Miles Gaylord, Caroline Copenhaver, Olivia Copenhaver, Sinclair Copenhaver and Mary Bell Blakley; and her siblings, Robert Dean Nipper, Jr. and Diana Nipper Cassidy (Doug Cassidy).
