She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Brooks; her parents, Emory Hensley and Mossie Hensley; her stepfather Jack Hensley; and her brothers, Willam Hensley, A. J. Hensley, Gene Hensley and Larry Hensley.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Denton (Clarence), Donna Hensley (Danny), Rick Brooks (Linda), Joe Brooks (Connie), Kim Douglas (Phillip) and Becky Steadman (Randy); and her siblings, Janice Kitts (Doyle), Jackie Wyrick (Ray), Bill Hensley, Eddie Hensley and J. D. Hensley (Jessie). She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren.
