He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Ervin; his sister Lisa Ervin; his cousins, Rex and Shane Ervin; and his mother-in-law Martha White.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ervin (White); his children, Bradley Jones (Bubba), James Allen Michaels, Jessica Lynn Ervin, Michael Victor Ervin, II (Michaela), Chasity Lynn Jones, Amber Renee Ervin, Samantha Nicole Ervin and Michael Dakota Ervin; his grandchildren, Skylar Jones, Jonathan Williams, Savannah Jones, Elijah Ervin, Easton Ervin, Zaiden Owens, Jaxon Ervin, Leyton Ervin and Makenna Ervin; his great grandchild Kingston Taylor; his mother Katherine Wright; his siblings, Tandy Strader, Steve, Timmy and David Ervin; and his cousin Sonya Holman.
