He was predeceased by: his father Larry Clark. He is survived by: his wife Heather Smith; his mother Glenda Johnson; his grandmother Sandra Fultz; and his siblings, Jason Clark, Josh Clark, Amber Shirk, Ashley Clark and Jeanie Horne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
