She was predeceased by: her parents, George Carter Brock and Lucy Luttrell Brock of Strawberry Plains, Tennessee.; her siblings, Kathryn Crawford, Betty Bartley and Sherrill Brock; and her son Joseph B. Kennedy.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce M. Kennedy; her daughters, Dione Kennedy of Pittsburgh, PA, Angela Kennedy (Michael Young) of Pittsburgh, PA and Sheila Kennedy Wills (Lawson) of Aspen, CO; her grandchildren, Matthew Kennedy Wills, Annah Cate Kennedy, Steven Kennedy Young and David Kennedy Young; and her caregivers, Catherine Dixon, Lisa Davis, Raphaela Stegall, Darla Keirsey, Gabby Williams and Lena. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
