He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Shipe and Ruth Shipe; and his brothers, Bill and Donnie Shipe. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Shipe; his children, Brad Shipe and Gena Rayho; and his grandchildren, Caleb Shipe, MaKenna, Sydney, Dylan and Haley Rayho.
