She is survived by: her children, Kathy Ballard, Angela Ballard, Martha Wright (Ken) and Dewayne Ballard; and her grandchildren, Mindy Monday (Bruce), John Paul Cain (Kelsie), Scotty Gosnell (Amber), Jake Cain (Becca) and Nicholas Childress. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
