He is survived by: his wife Sherry Whaley; his stepsons, Adam Ogle and Allen Ogle; his grandchildren, Alex Ogle, Courtney Ogle, Sierra Ogle, Kaylee Ogle, Brianna Ogle and Madison Ogle; his great grandchild Braleigh Ogle; his mother Mary Asia Whaley; his siblings, Vickie Matthews (Greg) and Darrell Whaley (Brenda) of Mike Whaley; his brother-in-law Steve Matthews (Gail); and also Many. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
