She is survived by: her husband Ronald Cook; her son Roy Cook (Luz Gongora); her grandchildren, Stacy and Andrew Cook; her sisters, Margaret Cole, Stella Bosma and Carolyn Lantz; and her close friend Linda Carr. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
