He is survived by: his wife Susann; his father Raymond Traber; his children, Daniel Traber (Betty) and Bethany Traber; his grandchildren, Haley, Alejandro, Vicky and Rachel Traber; and his sisters, Connie Curtis (Rick), Cathy Chappell (David), Dana Covert (Tom) and Cindy Studts (Todd). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Serenity House, 421 N. High St, Morristown TN 37814.
