He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy and Hazel Palmer. He is survived by: his son Greg; his children-in-law, Sarah Palmer and Jimmy Brown; his grandchildren, Tanner, Travis and Trevor Coward; his brothers, Darrell Palmer (Tammy), Donnie Palmer (Polly) and Lynn Palmer (Angie); and his close friend Tina Hayes.
