Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Fred Leon Troutt Sr. of Strawberry Plains, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 82, on August 17, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Troutt (Rudd) and Edgar Troutt; his siblings, Barbara, Bobby, Jean "Sis", Thomas "Bud", Floyd and Lloyd Troutt; and his children, Rebecca, Joseph and Donald Troutt.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Troutt, Fred Troutt, Jr., Cissy Troutt and Sandy Troutt-Owens (Alex); the mother of his children Charlotte Troutt; and his siblings, Jerry Troutt (Barbara), Shelby Pryor (Eddie), Eddie Troutt and Joe Troutt. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
