She was predeceased by: her father Bill Mays; her uncle Bud Burchfield; and her grandparents, Mardell, Troy Burchfield, Earl and Bessie Mays.

She is survived by: her mother Shirley Mays; her sisters, LeAnn Lambert (Jimmy Hatcher) and Terri Murphy (Joe); her aunts, Martha Brooks (Jeff) and Brenda Kitts Burchfield; her cousins, Jeffrey Brooks (Sharlene), Joey Brooks (Lisa), Jonathan Brooks (Beki) and Kelly Burchfield Ray; her niece Crystele Lambert (Tabitha Tormey); and her nephews, Preston Shey Lambert and Tyler Tormey.
