He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rogers, Sr. and Charlotte Davis Rogers; and his granddaughter Kayla Carson. He is survived by: his wife Ann Rogers; his children, Kris Spencer, Katrina "Kat" Spencer and Kristina Woodard (Billy); his grandchildren, Michael Spencer (Michelle) of Brianna Rogers, J. D, Miller and Ruben Woodard; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Spencer, Alex, Luke, Bradly, Henry, Skyler, Kaleb and Shirley; and his siblings, Donny Rogers, Revena, Kathy, Dodoie and Diane.
