He is survived by: his wife Mary R. Daniel Lee; his sisters-in-law, LaVerne Puckett and Shirley Lee; his nieces and nephews, Janie Sexton (Tom), Sandra Cooper (Keith), David Puckett and Steve Barlow (Sally); and his great-nieces, Tiffany and Brandi Howerton.
