It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill S. McMillan of Strawberry Plains, Tennessee, who passed away on May 13, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie McMillan and Wilma Hines McMillan. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Mark McMillan (Laura), Christine McMillian Ellison and Lisa Bailey; his brother Archie McMillan; his grandchildren, Brandon Roberts (Anna), Michael Ellison (Emily), Heather Honey (Spencer), Timothy Ellison (Madison), Sam Luttrell and Kennedy Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Sammi, Emma, Lucy, Elly, Matthew, Charlotte, Betty, Josephina, Eli, Maverick and Jameson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
