She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cutter and Olive Louise Cutter; her husband Enloe McGowan; her brother Allan Cutter; and her son-in-law Ed.

She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Waters and Ellen Davidson; and her grandchildren, Jeanne Netherton, Kristie Mason, Donna Boone, Jessie Humphreys, Leslie Lefler and Annettee Zweeres. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
