She was predeceased by: her father Ralph Hoyle; her husband George Jerles; her sister Carol Horton; and her granddaughter Tara Wilson. She is survived by: her sons, Chad Hooks (Stacy) and Joe Hooks; her friend Linda Lamberth; her grandchildren, Sami Hooks and Monica Warden; and her great grandchildren, Alainah Largent, Rynlee Largent, Bella Ogle, Memphis Wilson, Tatum Wilson and Mackray Warden.
