She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Foster and Elsie Foster; her husband Alfred Lee Lewis; her children, Doyle Cook Jr. and Marty Rann Lewis; and her siblings, Fred Foster, Jack Foster, Lelsie Foster, Phillip Foster, Douglas Foster and Vera Lovelady.
She is survived by: her sons, Hoyle Cook (Cherilyn), Robert Cook, James Cook (Tina) and Rodger Lewis; and her grandchildren, Brian Cook, David Cook, Jason Cook, Dustin Lewis, Krista Lewis, Kallie Lewis, Kelsey Lewis, Zachary Lewis, Michael Cook and Jennifer Cook. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nave Funeral Home (4639 W Main St, Erin, TN 37061). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 1:15 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bush Cemetery (100 Bush Cemetery Rd, Stewart, TN 37175).
