He is survived by: his parents, James R. Vann and Bonnie Vann of Clarksville, TN; his wife Alice Baltz Vann of Stewart, TN; his children, Charles Edward Moss, Jr., Jody Vick Vann and Carla Lea Woodward of Ashland City, TN; his brother Douglas Vann; and also Pleasant. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
