He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Ruth Kitchen. He is survived by: his children, Pam Gray, Larrie Kitchen (Julie), Karen Wolfe (Cliff), Wendy Nelson (Ed), Ronald Kitchen and Brent Kitchen (Kim).
