He is survived by: his wife Judy Mathis; his children, Billy Mathis (April), Diane Brown (Ed) and Lisa Green (James); and his siblings, Doug Mathis, Wes Mathis, Jeff Mathis and Pam Breachum. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
