He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge Westerman and Katie Settle Westerman; and his wife Annie L. Boyd Westerman. He is survived by: his sons, Charles M. Westerman, Jr. and Robert L. Westerman. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.
