He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Morgan and Rosa Williams Morgan. He is survived by: his siblings, Ross Morgan (Brenda) of Hopkinsville, KY, Rita Morgan (Kenneth Lynn Jobe) of New Concord, KY and Fern Perry (Bob) of The Villages, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
