She is survived by: her husband Jerry Whitten; her daughter Rhonda Kaye Teague (Stacey); her grandchildren, Jerry Chase Teaque (LeEllen) and Caitlyn Jewell Teague; and her siblings, Willie Ann Milford, Carolyn Murphy and Ray Milford (Shirley) of Stantonville, TN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
