She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Ollie" Moffett and Ada Belle Roe Moffett; her husband Hurley Baxter Humphrey; the father of her children Henry Walter Stevens; her granddaughters, Gina Lynn Gray and Laura Culver; her son-in-law Tommy Gray; her friend Glenda Johnson; and her siblings, Edyth Mae Gream, Mary Adilene Gream, Jim William Moffett, Herbert Dee Moffett, George Thomas Moffett, Hershell Moffett, Herman Moffett and Baby.
She is survived by: her children, Mary V. Gray (Jimmy Lambert), Henry Walter Stevens Jr. (Zelda), Kerry Wayne Stevens (Malea), Tammy Lynn Thacker (Jimmy Dean), Penny Marie Bullock (Terry), Dennis Paul Stevens and Charles Stevens (Shannon); her brothers, Charlie Moffett (Teresa) and Willie Earl Moffett (Gerry Sue); and her sister-in-law Louise Moffett. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, several great and great great grandchildren; and a host of friends and neighbors.
