She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Norbon and Tessie Viola White Smith; her husband Arnold Preston Whitten; her son Micah D. Whitten; and her siblings, Sandra Kay Johnson and Joe Keith Smith.
She is survived by: her son Barry Whitten (Angie) of Stantonville, TN; her grandchildren, Brittany Whitten of Stantonville, TN, Bridget Whitten of Stantonville, TN, Katie Courtwright of Lexington, TN and Joseph Whitten of Stantonville, TN; her great grandchildren, Kayden Whitten of Stantonville, TN, Karmen Whitten of Stantonville, TN, Skyler Courtwright of Lexington, TN and Jacob Courtwright of Lexington, TN; and her sisters, Sylvia Lambert of Chattanooga, TN and Sherrie Evans of Chattanooga, TN. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
