He is survived by: his father Johnny Alfred Welch; his wife Lora Burkeens Welch of Stanton, TN; his children, Amanda Leigh Welch of Brownsville, TN and Johnny Winefield Welch (Alicia) of Memphis, TN; and his sister Janice McCoy Welch (Mark) of Oakland, TN. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
