He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Qualls and Ruby Edmonds Qualls; and his brother Dewayne Qualls. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Qualls; his children, Jeremy Qualls (Lori) and Jena Antwine; his sisters, Judy Hardister (Larry), Carolyn Watson, Melva Henson and Vickie Austin; and his grandchildren, Lauren Qualls, Hayden Qualls, Drake Antwine and Charlie Cates.
