He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Pattat and Ethel Melissa Sims. He is survived by: his siblings, Clarence Pattat Jr., Harold Pattat and Patricia Gaither (Lynn); his children, Bill Pattat (Alice), Steve Pattat (Gina), Laura Brandon (Barry) and Linda Corbet (Paul); his grandchildren, Jennifer Hawkins (Jeremy), Will Pattat (Madeleine), Michelle Corbet (Ben) and Audrey Elliott (Tanner); and his great grandchildren, Kaelin, Jakob Hawkins, Audrey and Emma Pattat.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Billy's memory to Shiloh Methodist Community Church, 4220 Yum Yum Road, Somerville, TN 38068.
