In loving memory of Winston B. Richter of Springville, Tennessee, born in Albany, Georgia, who departed this world on February 16, 2025 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Boos Richter, Sr. and Elsa Lee Richter (Neeley); and his sister Louisa. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Looney; his nieces, Lee Ann, Lisa, Looney, Tara and Aimee; his nephew Mark; his cousins, Tommy and Kathy Thompson; his brother-in-law Bill (Ann Looney); and also, Stephanie, Laura and Scott. He is also survived by his family, extended family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Wounded Warriors, Paris Henry County Rescue Squad, the Paris Henry County Heritage Center, or the Paris Academy for the Arts.
