She is survived by: her son Michael Slaughter (Gina) of Westville, IN; her siblings, Glen Cooper (Anna) of Bledsoe, Donald Cooper (Ronda) of Bledsoe, Michael Cooper of Bledsoe, Margie Sands (Bob) of Springville, TN and Viola Cottrell of Harlan; her sister-in-law Patricia Cooper; and her grandson Andrew Reeves. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
