He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Horner of Dresden, OH and Carla Horner of Frazeysburg, OH; his grandson Garrett Coy Lytton; and his caregivers, Nykki Jumper, Q'Vonte Jumper, Trevon Pinder, Robert Jumper and Teresa Porter.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ridgeway Funeral Home (201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN 38242). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:30 PM at the West Tn Va Cemetery (593 Wildersville Rd, Wildersville, TN 38388).
