He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Miller and Mildred Koogler Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Carol M. Creed Miller; his son Mike D. Miller of Lancaster, OH; his stepsister Debra Rose of Cincinnati, OH; his sister-in-law Beverly Miller of Cuba, MO; and his granddaughter Katlyn Miller.
