He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Michael and Stella Smith; and his siblings, Deborah Batchelder and Joe Michael, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Dethloff (Jonathan), Christy Murphy (Hunter), Ashley Bourne (David) and Jana English (Blake); his siblings, Leishia Castleman, Barbara Powell, Gail Parker and Tony Michael; and his grandchildren, Madison, Konner, Tyler, Makayla, Kennedi, Scout, Jaxton, Ava Rose and Jamesen.
