He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Leach and Annette Swies Leach; his wife Betty Leach; his son Michael Leach; his siblings, Donald Leach, Shirley Dwyer, Barbara Lowery and Betsy Collins; and his son-in-law Mark Susewitt.

He is survived by: his daughters, Yvonne Barber (Bob) of Springville, TN and Kimberly Susewitt of Springville, TN.; his grandchildren, Brooke Powell (Jeremy) and Blair Barber Sean Susewitt (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Jameson, Riley, Rosie, Buddy and Huskee.
