It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margie Ellen Wood of Springville, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas R. Johnston and Ruby Greene Johnston; her husband Don Wood; and her father-in-law Mark Wood. She is survived by: her children, Donna Stephens (Randy) of Springville and Bill Wood (Paula) of Henderson, Tennessee; her sister Bettie Lawrence (Bill) of Valparaiso, Florida; her grandchildren, Kyle Stephens (Jennifer), David Stephens (Ashley), Lauren Wood, Richard Wood (Sara), Michael Wood, Mason Wood and Megan Wood; and her mother-in-law Melinda Wood of Springville. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
