She was predeceased by: her parents, George Henley and Gertie Maxey Pyle; her spouse McSwain Jackson; her children, Debra Jean Hudson and Frank Richard "Ricky" Carter; her grandchildren, Michael Hudson and Cory Hudson; and her siblings, Hazel King, Jeanne Carter and James Steakley.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Doede (Stanley Hooper) of McKenzie, TN and Barry Jackson (Ginny) of Dickson, TN; her grandchildren, Melissa Lassiter (Josh), Brandon Lamb (Amanda) and Alex Jackson; her great grandchildren, Gentrey Lassiter, Ramsey Lassiter, Bradley Lamb, Tanner Lamb and Lila Mae Lamb; and her nieces and nephews, Vicki (Dennis Gourley), Bill (Sherri Hall), Susie (Less Hollenbeck), Patty (Bryan Kurily), Bob (Germaine Steakley) and Gary (Twila King).
