He was predeceased by: his parents, Lefus William Forrest and Sadie Matlock Forrest; his wife Barbara R. Forrest; his daughter Jennifer Anderson; his sister Virginia Falbo; and his son-in-law Pete Burns.
He is survived by: his close friend Pat Covington of Springville; his children, Retha Burns of Paris, Eddie Forrest (Amanda) of Paris and Tim Forrest (Cheryl) of Puryear; and his brother Ray Forrest (Betty) of Tucson, Arizona.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
