He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Bruce Kelly and Virginia Pearl Henry Kelly; and his siblings, Emma Sue Herrin, Patricia "Pat" Curtis, Peggy Jean Sparks, Judy Borchert and Troy Wayne Kelly.
He is survived by: his daughter April Kelly of Martin, TN; his grandchildren, Brooke Johnson and Matt Mullins; and his great grandchildren, Gatlin Harmon and Navie Belle Hennis.
