He is survived by: his wife Linda Hollandsworth; his sons, Douglas Keith Hollandsworth and Christopher Matthew Hollandsworth; and his siblings, Larry Hollandsworth, David Hollandsworth and Rebecca Tatum. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
