Wayne Cook Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne Cook (Springfield, Tennessee), who passed away on July 7, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Cook and Ruby Osborne Cook; and his wife Peggy Vanderpool Cook. He is survived by: his children, Chris Cook of Springfield and Beth Toothman (Ken) of Cedar Hill; his brothers, William "Pete" Cook (Jo) of Springfield and Richard Cook of Bloomer, WI; and his grandchildren, Ruben Toothman and Roxie Toothman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
