She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Hopkins and Eula Hopkins; her husband Bobby Smothers; her son Tracy Smothers; and her siblings, Peggy Gayle Freeman and Rex Hopkins.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Smothers (Jackie) of Springfield, TN, Sammy Smothers of Stewart, TN and Allyson Smothers of Germantown, TN; her grandchildren, Matthew Proctor (Morgan) of Clarksville, Kami Brooke Spurlock (Steve) of Greenbrier, Kyle Robert Smothers of Springfield and Christopher Alan Smothers (Stephanie) of Hendersonville; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Ali, Caroline, Madelyn and Savannah Allyson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
